  • Knowledge about all pertinent labour laws
  • Honest, ethical & dependable
  • Positive, proven leader with strong communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or Business Management

A day in the life of a HR & Admin Manager: 

  • Work with the company founders to plan HR initiatives that benefit the company
  • Direct all hiring & training procedures for new employees
  • Encourage more efficient work from existing employees
  • Create and continually educate employees on company policies
  • Regularly meet with employees for progress reviews
  • Understand & adhere to all pertinent labour laws
